I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities. : Dear FDIC,
The Community Reinvestment Act was ignored in Boston by many banks. The citizens sued the banks. They were found to be guilty of redlining in Dorchester, Roxbury. Two neighborhoods with large minority populations. I have lived in these neighborhoods, and have witnessed the beneficial transformations of positive-creative capitalism. The banks to their credit have been complying with the settlement. The results are revitalized streets-homes-businesses and more importantly peoples' lives. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Please expand not contract The Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3046-AC50).

Peace and blessings,
Minister Jim Fripp
