To whom it may concern:

I disagree with the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be audited and examined as so-called "small banks" under the
Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would have the potentially
disasterous effect of reducing lending, investments and services in
low-income
communities.
