Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern,

I am involved with various CDCs and other grass root, community building organizatons in Easton, Pa. We are finally starting to see our way back to some level of prosperity here after fifty years of Federal neglect of small American cities. Now, when we are on the threshold of real recovery it would be almost criminal to allow these rule changes to kill off our best chance at revitalizing my home town. I vigorously oppose this change and implore the FDIC to stay the course with the existing program-it works. Don't roll over for the banking industry. We need the help-not them.
