Subject: Community Reinvestment -RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern,
Hello, my name is Garrick Harmel and I am a graduate
student at Clark University. I recently learned of
your proposal for the community reinvestment act, and
wanted to voice my opinion.
"I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with
assets above $250 million to be examined as small
banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This
policy would reduce lending, investments and services
in low-income communities."
If you have any further questions, please feel free to
contact me directly.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
