Subject: Community Reinvestment-RIN 3064-AC 50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment
Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in
low-income community and make more difficult our mission of building
affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity in Greensboro as around the
country and world is a ecumenical Christian organization open to people
of all faiths. We build houses with low income families and sell the
houses at no profit and at no interest. In Greensboro, NC as in many
communities, Habitat for Humanity is the only organization offering the
opportunity of home ownership to low income families. Please do not
disrupt a already fragile support system by adopting this policy.

Bob Kelley
Executive Director
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro
