Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern,

I am opposed to the proposed changes that would weaken the Community
Reinvestment Act by requiring a full exam of only the largest banks. This
change would reduce the amount of lending in the small cities and towns and
would make it more difficult for the poor to access the capital necissary to
escape poverty.

Thank you for your consideration of my comments,

Alex Ramel
