Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy will reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. I have worked to provide housing affordaable to low and exrremely low income persons in the Washington DC inner city for over 6 years. If it weren't for CRA as it is currently written many more persons would be living on the streets. Plese don't change this important tool. Thank you. rob noland, 9018 Walden Rd, Silver Spring MD 20901
