Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am very concerned about the proposed weakening of the Community Reinvestment Act by allowing only a handful of banks to get adequate scrutiny under the law. The CRA has helped low-income communities and it is these communities that will suffer under this proposed change. With the affordable housing crisis facing Washington, DC and many urban communities, this is no time to weaken the CRA.

Thank you.
