Dear Mr. Feldman,

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes to the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. The changes to increase the small bank threshold will adversely impact community development in areas of low and moderate income and will decrease home ownership opportunities. Please do not adopt this proposed rule so that the strides made in community development are maintained.
