Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As President of a non-profit Tribal Corporation
conducting CD activities failing several times
in the state of Nevada to attain CRA compliance
with banks above $ 1 billion I do oppose
the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets
above $250 million to be examined as small banks under
the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would further
reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities."
