Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC’s proposal that allows banks with assets above $250 million to be examined in the same manner as small banks, under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would be extremely harmful to low-income communities and further limit access to lending vehicles, services and the overall benefits from the investments currently being made in their communities.
