Subject: Opposition to changes in CRA

As a CDC that attempts to undertake community development in a depressed, inner city neighborhood, we understand the need to have all possible tools to bring reinvestment to this community. We oppose any change in the CRA rules that would allow banks above $250 million to avoid their responsibility to assist in reinvestment in communities that provide resources for those banks. Please continue the the threshold that exists.
