Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am an attorney, practicing in the transactional field, and also am involved in community redevelopment efforts in my hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida. I have been fortunate in my practice to have witnessed the positive benefits of the CRA.

I am opposed to raising the threshold for limited vs. full CRA exams for banks. This would reduce the effectiveness of the current oversight, and thereby hamper the effectiveness of the CRA by reducing lending, investment and financial services in low-income communities.

Please maintain the current threshold regarding full exams, to ensure the effectiveness of the CRA.

Thank you.
