Community Housing Partnership is a non-profit agency providing Homebuyer
counseling and education to low to moderate-income households. The current
Community Reinvestment Act is essential to developing and maintaining affordable
housing to low to moderate-income households in rural areas. The loss of CRA
banks in the rural communities could potentially mean a loss of monetary support
for affordable housing, which is vital as to try to provide housing to all in
need.
Please take into consideration the effect this would have in rural Minnesota.
