I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will harm to rural communities. : The action taken by the FDIC is just another step in making the affluent versus rural areas or rich versus middle class/poor syndrome. Which is today the way the current government want to move.
