Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I feel the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets of more than $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment
Act would seriously reduce lending, investments and services in
low-income communities. This would harm the economy and social
stability of our country. In light of these consequences I strongly
oppose the FDIC proposal.
