Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern:

I believe the FDIC's current proposal to change the CRA would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. We value creating opportunities for community-based growth, and we need to stand by policies that examine whether we are living up to these values or not.

I oppose allowing banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.

Please reconsider the proposal.

Sincerely,

Sida Ly-Xiong
