Subject: Opposition to FDIC,s proposal

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 Million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy will reduce lending, investments and services in low and moderate income communities.Banks with assets between $250,000 and $1 Billion should undergo a full CRA examination.
