Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Sir or Madam:

The proposed rule changes would severely curtail the incentive for banks to pursue affordable housing opportunities in thousands of communities across the country. I urge the FDIC to withdraw its proposed rule and to re-assume its leadership role supporting investment, lending and services in low and moderate income communities.
