Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Your plans to gut the CRA represent a major
threat to the financial good of this country.
When the FDIC decides against investments into
rural communities thats when we know our
government is deeply in trouble.

Don't undermine the CRA and do a better job
of insuring that rural communities don't get the short end of the stick.
