Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the proposed changes to the CRA regulations to increase what is considered a 'small bank'. For such a large group of citizens to be unable to form the requirements and reduce available resources to enable their families to have basic needs met in moderate and low income communities. I urge the FDIC to reconsider and withdraw this proposed rule for the greater good of people and their dreams.
