Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50tion to

I oppose the change in the CRA to allow banks between $250 million - $1 billion in assets to undergo a limited CRA review. This change will be harmful to small towns and low-to-moderate income communities.

The CRA has been an effective agent for community development. I oppose FDIC's proposed change to lessen the number of banks under full review by putting them under the limited review for small banks.

Yours sincerely,
