Dear Committee Members:

The Community Reinvestment Act has been extremely helpful in community projects of affordable housing, with need ever more essestial. With the tremendous pull backs in federal and support in states like mine developing raging deficits, that help is so needed. Do not undermine opportunities in rural communities with the proposed rule change in RIN 3064-AC50. The Community Reinvestment Act has been highly successful, and we appreciate and value it.
