Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom it concerns:

I am a small business owner here in Western Kansas. We have been in business since 1992. A "Small Town Bank" gave us our start. The "Big town Bank" would not even give us the time of day. We bank at several different "small town banks" here in Garden City and Holcomb. All of them have kept this business going. Their local money has helped fund this community. I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as a small bank under the community reinvestment act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in the low income communities. I am against big business take more of the small business share. So I am against Big town banking getting small town banking perks. Big business like big banking does not help out the small town or the small business. Keep the American Dream alive. Keep the small Town business in Business!!!!
