RE: RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Mr. Feldman,

I am writing to oppose any reduction of the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act). The CRA as it presently is written assists lower income folks and spurs homeownership. But the planned changes will not be helpful and I strongly oppose them. Your new proposal will remove needed requirements for all banks with major assests. It is clear that these proposed changes will cause fewer loans, retard economic development, diminish invest in lower income housing, etc.

I strongly urge that you remove your proposal like other federal agencies have done. Thank you.
