Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Changes of this nature should be made under open scrutiny, with full debate. I oppose rule changes without full discussion of impacts to fair housing.

It is important to ensure continued investment in low- and moderate-income communities. The change to a $1 billion threshold does not support this goal.
