Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am opposed to FDIC's proposed change that would allow banks with less than $250 million in assets to be examined as "small banks" under CRA rules. This policy, if enacted, will reduce investments, lending and services in low-income communities.

Thanks for listening.
