Subject: Community Reinvestment - RIN 3064-AC50

The Institute for Rural America is a non-profit organization based in
America's heartland, Ames, Iowa. We work on economic development projects
and with rural people including farmers, small business and other rural
community leaders.

We strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment
Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.

Sincerely,

John Bobbe, Executive Director
Institute for Rural America
