Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.

CRA is an incredibly important tool in the plight of those underserved communities seeking the American Dream of homeownership. Many of these communities are served by smaller banks. Removing the banks' "incentive" to serve this market will dry up available funds in a heartbeat. We all should be supporting more "incentives" to allow this community fair access to homebuying funds, not in removing the main reason banks are bothered paying any attention to them!

Homeownership cerates strong communities and benefits society as a whole in many, many ways. Thank you.
