Okanogan County Community Action a (501 (c) 3) whose mission is to provide services to low-income individual in an economically challenged community opposes the FDIC's proposal allowing banks with assets above $250 million, to be examined as small banks under the CRA. This policy would greatly reduce valued services to low-income communities.
