Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As a concerned citizen, I urge you to withdraw your proposed changes to the Community
Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations. CRA has been instrumental in increasing
homeownership and economic development. Your proposed changes are contrary
to the CRA because they will slow down the progress made in community
reinvestment.

respectfully,
Kristin Warfield
