Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom it May Concern:
I have been working in the low income neighborhoods of NE Denver for the past 25 years. The Community Reinvestment Act has become a vital component to our community’s affordable housing and community development work. Lenders actually pay attention to us now and seek out our business. They did not do this before CRA evaluations were required. Because of this, I oppose any increase to the threshold of what is considered to be a small bank. The proposed FDIC rule would exempt many of our community’s critical partners from the effective and productive requirements currently in place. Please reconsider the proposed rule. We need the continued attention of our local lenders.
