Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Please do not weaken the Community Reinvestment Act. The role it has played in bringing capital into low income communities has been enormous. Allowing banks with capitalization under $1 billion to avoid a full CRA exam would be an enormous step backward.

Sincerely,
Jon Steinberg
