Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As a researcher who studies homelessness, I know that the Community
Reinvestment Act has played a critical role in the development of
affordable housing and community development. Thus I oppose the proposed
increase to the threshold of what is considered as a small bank subject to
CRA requirements. The proposed rule would weaken an effective weapon in the
battle to end homelessness.
