Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am alarmed to read that there is a possibility of re-defining the definition of a small bank and therefore would give a number of smaller banks less responsibility under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). I have seen first hand the tremendous favorable impact the CRA has had on smaller and medium sized communities and I believe that changing the definition would adversely affect the progress the community development community has experienced.
