Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I recently moved into a neighborhood of San Francisco that is in dire need of investment and revitalization. My bank does not have a branch there, and I have to drive several miles to the closest branch. These proposed changes will only make revitalization of neighborhoods like mine that much harder, and will all but guarantee stagnation in property values, among other things. I ask the appropriate members of the legislature to rethink these changes so as to avoid moving 'backward', when we could continue to make progress in these areas. I am an example of the revitalization of an American city. Please do not make it that much harder for us Americans to do OUR part.

Thank you,

Alan Reynolds
San Francisco, Ca
