Dear Mr. Feldman,

The proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations in my opinion will really undermine the ability of rural communities to meet the needs of its citizens. I strongly oppose the change mainly because we depend on the banks to invest in affordable housing and economic development and CRA’s are a genuine incentive for them to do it.. Please do not adopt this rule.
