Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As a concerned citizen, I oppose the proposed changes to the Community
Reinvestment Act.

If implemented, they would weaken the act's effectiveness in providing bank investment and services to low-income areas. Economically, this policy makes little sense since low-income areas greatly need financial investment.

Please keep the act as is.

Sincerely,

Alan L. Paris
