To Whom It May Concern

I am opposed to the proposed rule change that would increase the Asset Threshold for Community Reinvestment Act to $1 Billion. As a resident of a predominately low income area, I have observed the benefits of CRA in the development of affordable Housing and community economic development.

Financial institutions would avoid my neighborhood if not required to fullfill the CRA obligations. Considering current state of the national budget the loss of CRA funding would cripple many loan programs and services benefitting low and moderate income citizens.
