Please do not raise the threshold for the definition of a "small bank". Doing so would hold over 70% of banks in our area to a lesser CRA standard and significantly cripple current and future affordable housing efforts.

I realize banks are feeling the burden of regulation but this is not the place to streamline. The detrimental impact to our communities would be overwhelming and far eclipses any benefit to the banks.

Please withdraw this proposed rule and keep encouraging banks to do the right thing.
