Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I am opposed to this rule change. It will mean that the Community Reinvestment Act will apply to only a handful of banks here in Kentucky – only the mega-banks that have the bulk of their operations in other areas. It will be devastating to rural housing and small business start-ups. Don’t do it.
