Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing in regard to oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. In the long term, reducing support from these institutions will harm our cities and neighborhoods. It is important that we continue to work together to build and maintain the support and resources our communities need. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Megan Meister
