Subject: Proposed changes to CRA

I am writing to oppose the proposed changes to the CRA regulations that would increase the size of banks considered to be "small banks". This proposal would exempt some of our community's most critical partners from the effective and productive requirements that are currently in place and reduce the resources available for meeting the needs of low and moderate income neighborhoods. I urge the FDIC to withdraw this proposed rule.
