Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear Sir/Madam:

I strongly oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities.

It is outrageous that in a time when communities are having a hard time getting over the recession in a still sputtering economy that the FDIC would consider reducing the coverage of the CRA. If anything it needs to be strengthened and expanded to other types of services and industries.

Sincerely,

Tim Iglesias
