Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To Whom it May Concern,
I would encourage no reduction in the 12 CFR Part 345 for banks. Citizens pay premium dollar for loans and banks gets discounts. Banks who reinvest in the community benefit the community and they should when they have the advantage of cheaper money. Cut their discounts and then consider reducing the commitment.
