Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I'm writing to express my support for the proposed change in definition of a small bank to include banks up to $1 billion. Community banks has an excellent track record for community reinvestment and would be best served by reducing the regulatory burden imposed by crossing the threshold into big bank status.

Thank you for your consideration.
