Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

To whom it may concern:
The Community Reinvestment Act is an important component to our community’s affordable housing and community development programs. I oppose any increase to the threshold of what is considered to be small bank. The proposed FDIC rule would exempt many of our community’s financial institutions from these effective and productive requirements which are currently in place. We need more, not less from banking institutions which are making money in our communities. I urge the FDIC to withdraw its proposed rule change.
