Subject: RIN 3064-AC77 Disposal of Consumer Information

These items are already adequately covered with present information security programs and privacy regulations.

The continual onslaught of regulation and “micro-managed” change is raising costs for the very consumer that we are all anxious to and should protect.

We comment and comment but nothing seems to change – stop “killing us and the consumer with your regulatory kindness”

Please Please Please think is this “nice or is it necessary?” What legitimate business would want information to fall into the wrong hands and cause great expense and adverse publicity??????

Sincerely Frustrated
