Subject: community reinvestment act

Chuckle, chuckle, yuck, yuck. What a hoot! Changed in the Community Reinvestment Act. Banks with less that 1 Billion will no longer be required to invest in low and moderate income areas? Why don't we just make the playing field even more uneven. Better yet why not convert the field into a c cliff. First remove the wealthy to safety and then just let the poor and middle class just fall off into oblivion? Who needs them anyway?
