Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

As a citizen of St. Paul Minnesota I am concerned that raising the small
bank threshold could significantly reduce investments in low and moderate
income communities. I am therefore against this change. We cannot change
the wrongs that were done on minority communities in the past, but we can
continue to do what we can to ensure that these communities have a better
future.
